MESSAGEMessage from the CEO

Our Purpose is to “Collaborating, Connecting, and Succeeding to the Future".

In collaboration with our shareholders and partners who support us in vehicle development and joint demonstration experiments, we want to create a great power and flow to deliver not only cargo but also the wishes of producers, shippers, and senders, and to pass on to the next generation the world-class logistics infrastructure, social affluence, and industrial competitiveness that we take for granted in Japan. As a company in Japan, a country with a declining birthrate and an aging population, we would like to develop and provide world-class solutions and infrastructure, viewing the current situation not as a crisis but as an opportunity. In addition, we would like to work with the existing logistics and transportation industry to further increase the vitality and attractiveness of the industry, increase the number of workers including drivers, lower the average age of workers, and promote the development and growth of innovative human resources to help build a sustainable logistics infrastructure that will transform the industry from a mature industry to a growing one.

Two years have passed since our establishment, and the number of employees has exceeded 100. We are a diverse group of people from various backgrounds such as transportation, OEM, robotics, tech companies, infrastructure, real estate, and trading companies, but we all share the same “Purpose: Collaborating, Connecting, and Succeeding to the Future,” “Mission: Transforming Transportation,” and “Vision: Maintaining Japan’s high standard of logistics using autonomous driving technology" in our minds, and are all passionate about not stopping at the POC stage, but are determined to make our business happen with “seriousness,” and continue to do our best in the moment. We are looking forward to meeting people who are “serious” about their work, regardless of whether they are individuals, companies, or industries.
