In the process of creating a new business, there are many uncertainties and impatience. On the other hand, being anxious does not lead to any solutions, so what we need to do is to focus on this moment and do our utmost to manage our human resources, always aiming to move forward.

This business cannot be accomplished without the empathy of society and stakeholders. In order to gain empathy, we need to become an empathetic organization, thus each and every employee needs to become an empathetic person. Therefore, all employees will strive to acquire high Emotional Intelligence Quotient and communication skills.

Looking back at past accomplishments, nothing has been accomplished without passion and perseverance. The same is true for the unicorn startups that have emerged in recent years. We believe that this is the essence of success, which has not changed over the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras, and we aim to carry on until this business is implemented in society.

We aim to be a place where the highest quality people come together and grow into the highest quality people. Therefore, we treat all employees with respect and as mature adults, giving them freedom and responsibility at the same time. Therefore, we believe that the minimum requirement to become a member of our company is to have a high level of ownership and to be able to act spontaneously and actively.

At T2, our vision is to support Japan's world-class logistics industry through the application of Level 4 autonomous driving technology.

While logistics demand remains at high levels, the shortage of drivers has become increasingly severe, making it difficult to maintain stable transportation as before. Logistics serves as a vital infrastructure that underpins both the economy and society, and any stagnation in this field would have a broad impact on industries and people's daily lives. In particular, the shortage of long-distance drivers has become a critical structural issue and addressing it is directly linked to achieving sustainable growth for society. With a strong determination to confront this challenge head-on and to create a new framework that supports logistics through autonomous driving, T2 Project was launched.

To realize a hub-to-hub transportation service using autonomous trucks, highly skilled professionals with proven expertise across diverse fields have joined to this project, and we have strong alliance with the leading companies from various industries as business partners. Each member brings their strengths and capabilities to the project, united by a shared passion to create a new model of safe and sustainable long-haul transportation — one that will contribute to both Japan and society at large.

In July 2025, T2 launched Japan's first commercial operation of hub-to-hub transportation using Level 2 autonomous driving technology, which has since continued stable operation. Looking ahead, we will further advance our autonomous driving technology and continue to take on new challenges, aiming to become the No.1 provider of Level 4 autonomous transportation services in Japan.
